MALINTECH offers a wide selection of rolls and shafts; many of them in stock, ready to ship. All rolls come with the shaft installed. Dancer rolls can be ordered complete, including dancer gears and wheels - ready to put in the machine.
MALINTECH will also refurbish your used rolls and retrofit them to fit our flange bearing setup.
All of our 6" Rolls come with heavy-duty greasable flange bearings. These bearings provide smoother operation, easier maintenance, longer life, and when the time comes, easier replacement.
The bearing shown on the left is the bearing used by Malintech, inc in all of our 6" rolls. The bearing on the right is the standard OEM style.
The flange mount not only insures that the bearings will not work loose, but also makes installation and replacement easier. The use of a double greasable roller bearing will provide a smoother operation and unmatched longevity.
